Large 11"x 17" Fondant Board, Dual Sided: 1/16" & 1/8" Thicknesses
This patent pending fondant board is designed to allow you to roll out fondant to a consistent thickness, without the mess of cornstarch, powder sugar and fuss, with loose sticks or rings on your rolling pin. The fondant will be contained within the side walls of the fondant board, and not all over your working area.
Your fondant board has two reversible working sides.
The deeper side is 1/8" deep, and the reverse shallow side is 1/16 "deep.

The fondant board is good for fondant, pastries, pie crust, borders and cutout shapes for your cakes, your cupcakes and sugar cookies. You can also create your own sprinkles that will be contained inside the fondant board. For Crafters, contain your jewelry making findings.
The Fondant board is shipped unsealed. You will need to prepare the fondant board before use, by coating with food grade mineral oil or a butcher block sealant. Be sure to seal the total surfaces of the fondant board including the outside edges. We suggest that you wait at least ½ hour between the three to four coats, for the applied sealant so soak in. Buff lightly between coats with a clean dry cloth.
Once sealed, the fondant board is easily wiped clean with soap and damp cloth. We do not recommend that the fondant board put under running water or that is submersed.
