3 in 1 Cookie Rolling Dough Tray System Roll at 1/2", 3/8", 1/4"
This patent pending cookie dough tray is designed to allow you to roll out dough to a consistent thickness without the mess and fuss with loose sticks or rings on your rolling pin. The dough will be contained within the side walls of the tray, and not all over your working area.
The tray by itself is 1/2" deep. If you want to roll out 3/8” thick dough, lay one insert in the tray and roll away.
If you need 1/4” dough, place the second insert on top of the first insert, and now you have 1/4” deep working surface.
Your dough tray is supplied with 2 inserts. If you need to roll out 1/8” pie crust or fondant, you are able to purchase an additional insert at: www.threesweetchicks.com

The cookie dough tray is good for cookie dough, fondant, pastries, pie crust, pizza dough, protein bars, cinnamon rolls, masa for tamales, royal icing transfers, and royal icing flowers. You can also create your own sprinkles that will be contained inside the cookie dough tray.
