There is a 3 day delay if requesting to seal the cookie dough board

This patent pending wood cookie dough board is designed to allow you to roll out dough to a consistent thickness, without the mess and fuss with loose sticks or rings on your rolling pin. The dough will be contained within the side walls of the wood board, and not all over your working area. 

Your cookie dough board has two reversible working sides.

The deeper side is 1/2” deep, and the reverse shallow side is 1/4" deep.  

A single insert is supplied to allow you to roll 3/8” dough, by placing in the 1/2" side. 

By using the insert on the 1/4” side, you will now be able to roll out 1/8” pastry dough or fondant.

The cookie dough board is good for cookie dough, fondant, pastries, pie crust, pizza dough, protein bars, cinnamon rolls, masa for tamales, royal icing transfers, and royal icing flowers. You can also create your own sprinkles that will be contained inside the cookie dough board.

For Crafters, contain your jewelry making findings. You can also roll out clay, play-dough, or plaster.

    The cookie dough board is shipped un-sealed.  You will need to prepare the dough board and the insert board before use, by coating with food grade mineral oil or a butcher block sealant.  Be sure to seal the total surfaces of the dough board and both faces/edges of the insert board.  We suggest that you wait at least ½ hour between the three to four coats, for the applied sealant so soak in.  Buff lightly between coats with a clean dry cloth. 

Once sealed, the board is easily wiped clean with soap and damp cloth. We do not recommend that the dough board put under running water or that is submersed. 

We also have Patent Pending Dedicated Reversible fondant board that will allow 1/8” and 1/16’ thicknesses, for all your borders, and cutout shapes for your cakes, cupcakes and sugar cookies.
